"Fix Master Divot Tool In the search for an improved answer to the repair of the ball marks on the green, it was discovered that when the underlying sod, under the ball mark was raised that the grass itself was lifted up at the same time. Thus, the delicate grass roots were not pulled out of the sod. In fact, they were gently lifted up while the ball depression was being brought back to its original flat putting surface. The grass roots were not harmed, and thus did not die or leave a blemish on the green. The thrusting action of the four tapered prongs into the putting surface are doing the job of lifting the sod up from under the grass and leaving the surface ready to tamp down with the blade of the putter. You will not see any tearing of the grass roots, since the grass is actually being lifted up from below by the action of the tapered prongs displacing the sod beneath. This results in a better putting surface with faster heeling of the greens' surface--- and with no bending over! Golfers with stiff backs take note - all of this is being done while standing up, not bending over or on your knees trying to make a repair. The very handy Fix-Master is securely attached to the grip end of the putter, making ball mark repairs not only far better but much easier. The Fix-Master does not overlap the putter grip, so it won't interfere with your grip! The Fix-Master is always available when needed, and is in fact, so easy and enjoyable to use that golfers look for other ball marks to repair! The Fix-Master now comes with a ball marker, silk screened with crossed golf clubs. The ball marker is conveniently placed in the top cap where it can be close at hand on every green. No more fumbling in your pocket or taking your glove off to locate a ball marker mixed in with the tees. It is a two for one value." |
